Description

Enjoy your holiday in a modern villa that extends over 3 floors and 360 m2. The villa is built on a hillside with fantastic sea views over La Safor and Gandia on the Costa Valenciana. It is located in Monte Corona and is equipped with everything you need for your stay. In the upper level, where there is a driveway, front garden / 2 parking spaces and entrance, you will find 3 bedrooms (all connected by a large terrace) + 2 bathrooms (bath / shower / WC). The middle level consists of kitchen, dining and living area + guest toilet (level also with large terrace 35 m2). In the lower level you will find another bedroom and the leisure area with snooker / pool table, foosball table + bar and small gym. Through this area you enter a large terrace (45 m2 covered + 50 m2 sun terrace + small gardens left and right) with infinity pool (4.5m x 9m). The villa is in an open gallery style (6 rooms, including 4 bedrooms) and offers you from each floor the same, dreamlike sea view. In 2017 the house was completely renovated. The cottage is located in Ador, Monte Corona about 8km Gandia Denia 25km away. Unlike Denia, Pego, Els Poblets, Benissa & Co., Gandia and Xeraco offer you a kilometer-long, clean sandy beach that stretches from Oliva to Cullera. The kilometer-long promenade of Gandia invites you to go for a walk. Lined with bars, restaurants, shops and leisure activities, there is something for every taste. Practically, the large underground car park is right on the promenade / beach. The house is located at the following address: Calle Roure 11 46729 Ador Monte Corona.
