The house is a mansion built in 1985 on a land area of several acres, planted with wine and oil. Renovated in the winter-spring of this year (2011) presents the possibility of several facilities, among them the presence of a pool in the garden in front of the villa itself and which can be accessed simply by a French door housed near to stay.
Very light in summer, does not lose its charm even in autumn or winter, when the soles to be covered with white snow.

Place dipped in the Pollino National Park, where nature is king, with beautiful scenery and quiet enjoyable. Guided tours in the park, horseback riding in the surrounding area, visits to quaint villages, seaside resorts of the Tyrrhenian Sea about 75 km drive, the Ionian Sea, about 52 km away. Matera car to 113 km. Naples 227 km away. Tasting of the many local products, among other things rich in truffles. Angel Flight about 1 hour and 30 'cars.
