Port House is a 3 bedroom terrace house in central Portstewart.

It is in easy walking distance to the sea front promenade and to some very good restaurants. Portstewart Strand, a 2 mile Blue Flag Beach, is 5 mins drive away and has parking. It is only 15 minutes drive to Dunluce Castle, Bushmills and the Giant's Causeway. The walled city of Derry/Londonderry is 45 mins away.

For golfers there are 3 courses in Portstewart and the famous Royal Portrush Links course which hosted the British Open in 2019 is only 4 miles away.

The Portstewart Links course hosted the DDF Irish Open in July 2017.

The house has a large open plan modern living and dining area in a beach house style. The kitchen is very well equipped. The large modern shower room was installed in 2018. The house has gas central heating and an open fire for cosy autumn and winter breaks.

There is a lovely patio and enclosed garden at the rear with access through large patio doors from the living area. There is off street parking at the rear of the property.

There is an outside laundry / wet room.

A beautifully presented home in a really handy location. A short walk and you're on Portstewart promenade! Clean with great amenities. A perfect base for a north coast stay with pets.

How do damage deposits work?

If Mary Lou (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
