Upstairs: 2 doubles, one with ensuite, 1 room with bunk beds - only suitable for children. Travel cot, high chair and stair gate available at no extra charge. Space for cot in any of the 3 bedrooms. Family bathroom with shower over bath.Downstairs: Lounge contains 3 seater, 2 seater and chair for 6. Open plan to kitchen with dining table with seating for 6 . Fully equipped kitchen with range type electric oven and washing machine. Dining area opens with patio doors onto paved area. Outdoor table and chairs and enclosed garden.Heating: Ofch, gas fire in lounge.**Strictly No Smoking & No Pets **Linen and towels included. 1 per single bed, 2 per double bed.Plenty of space to park a minimum of 2 cars in driveway.Recent Guest Comments:"Thank you so much for everything.
