“Lovely house. Perfect position. Great landlord.”

Reviewed 4 Aug 2013

Two families stayed in this house. So there were 4 adults and 3 kids 4 and under. The house looked lovely on the website and didn't disappoint when we got there. We like the more modern/younger finish and furniture than most holiday homes we had seen. The house was lovely and spacious and clean when we got there. It was perfectly situated for the beach, the strip and the rock pools. Perfect for families. Also, Kirk was very helpful. Very good communication and when we had a small issue on arrival it was sorted by him very quickly. We would definitely stay there again if we holidayed in a large group in Port Stewart.

“The best house five lads could hope for.”

Firstly I would like to say a big thank you to kirk the owner for being a massive help. The house was really big; 3 large doubles and 2 good size singles. Very comfortable beds, very clean. Living room was massive and cosy very good after a long day out to the pub, Kitchen was by far the best room in the house with its large diner room Table a fully stocked cupboard with pots pans and knives/ forks. Free wi/ fi was a massive help when finding out about the local area! Less than 5 minute walk to the promenade. Only regret is coming in winter as I would love to have a BBQ out in the paved garden!!! But other than that it was amazing, I will be back again this summer.

“Excellent spacious comfortable well-furnished house”

Reviewed 6 Jul 2012

I booked this house for a family get-together: we were 6 adults and an 18-month-old baby, with 5 other relations staying close by. We loved the house, it was really comfortable and there was so much space for everybody, - huge kitchen/diner, large lounge, large bedrooms, especially the stunning master suite. The house had everything the adults and baby could need, even broadband. There is a great view of the sea from the front windows and at the back there is a grassy picnic area with beautiful views along the coast and as far as Scotland on a clear day. The owner was extremely helpful and responded very quickly to my emails. I would definitely book this house again.

“Great location, perfect for a big family!”

Had a fantastic time, went for a family weekend and we all really enjoyed the space. Very usable and accessible to the local area. Would be good for families. Three doubles, a children's twin and a single. Owner very helpful and positive :) Thank you.

“Great location and ideal for an extended family or groups of friends.”

Reviewed 31 Oct 2011

Great location, near to the sea, coastal walks, restaurants and the promenade, yet a quiet area. Very suitable for children with a small enclosed back yard and decked area. No garden but a public grassy area to the rear. Well equipped house, only need to take food and personal items.
