Absolutely beautiful location know for its peace and quiet. The house is a large three story property with plenty of free parking and a drive.

The house comprises of six bedrooms two bathrooms and one downstairs toilet. All mod cons and powerful internet including virgin TV package for each room, bottled water and fresh towels.

The house is very clean and tidy, benefiting from a daily clean. Full English or Continental breakfast available. Beautiful garden where we sit and have breakfast in the summer months. We often have BBQ's and enjoy sitting in the garden relaxing.

Guest Access

You will have access to a double bedroom, a bathroom, toilet, 4 car drive, a kitchen, sitting room, dinning area, washing machine, tumble dryer and internet access.

Interaction with Guests

As much as they like some guests come and go and we never see them, others end up having dinner with us and others we go out for dinner or up the local pub. Very relaxed we are used to having people here at the house and have had guests for 14 years. Its an interesting journey !!

The Neighbourhood

It's very very quiet, no houses are looking onto us so very private, loads of free parking and very close to beach and local amenities, pubs and restaurants. It is without a doubt the best area in Southsea and the most expensive properties right next to canoe lake, which is beautiful.

Getting Around

Easy to walk to the local bars and restaurants Southsea Shopping centre and Albert Road really close. 2 minutes walk to a stunning 5 mile promenade which goes all the way along the Seafront and next to the common - fantastic. Easy to ride a bike as Portsmouth is completely flat and really easy to to get around.
