Perfect for a romantic getaway for couples, or it's a golfer's haven close to royal portrush golf club. Sea fishing and surfing are can be seen from your balcony . On your doorstep is all the beaches, golf courses, restaurants and bars that you could ever want. (All you need to do is park up the car in secure under ground parking for your stay.)The apartment has been furnished to the very highest standard and provides all home comforts for your luxury break including ; high speed Wi-Fi included, intercom door access & a lift to all floors. Our prices are all inclusive and reflect the high standard of our accommodation. We provide clean fresh bed linen and towels. Electricity and heating are included in the tariff. This complex is completed to an exceptionally high specification which has the benefit of secure underground car parking, lift facilities and a communal roof garden with unbelievable uninterrupted sea views over the Atlantic to the Skerries and white rocks, along coast to the Giant's Causeway.

This modern two bedroom apartment which comfortable sleeps 4 and has a open planned living room, dining area and kitchen. The Kitchen is fully fitted with dish washer ,washing machine, microwave ,gas cooker and all essential equipment that may be required. The apartment has gas central heating. Also available iron, ironing board and hair dryer. also for entertainment use, wi-fi, broad band, a ps2 and mini hi-fi system with i-pod docking station.

The master bedroom has built in units for extra storage, king-size bed, TV and en suite with shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds fitted while the main bathroom is fitted with a bath

Over looking a area called the Blue Pool, which was used as a natural sea diving platforms , where now deep sea diver's can be seen still using this area to explore. From the balcony views of the Atlantic sea to Scotland, along the east strand to Portballintrea. A communal roof garden can be found on the roof with marble furniture to relax and dine in privacy.

Check in time is from 3pm onwards. Check out must be before 11am. We recently have installed a lockbox system for check in and check out’s. The lockbox is situated beside the grey underground electric parking gates at the back of the building. The directions detailed on the next page will explain the best route to situate the lockbox. The code will be changed after each stay and a new code will be generated. Your unique code will be provided via email prior to your arrival. The keys must not be accessed outside of the detailed times. On check out your keys must be returned to this box and locked using the same code provided for your stay.

House rules

We expect our guests to respect my home & the neighbours at all times.
If you accidental break anything we would like you to replace it.
I have no problem with dogs staying,
as long as they behave, don't howl or eat the furniture.
Also, the main concern is that they are not allowed to lay on sofa or other soft furniture when wet.
this has to all be taken into consideration for future guests.

How do damage deposits work?

If Debbie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
