A modern three bedroom semi-detached house located within a five minute walk from Portrush East Strand and Royal Portrush Golf course. New carpets, flooring and furniture throughout (updated 2018). The property comprises of 3 bedrooms; King size room with ensuite shower, twin room and single room with bunk bed. Bathroom with bath and shower. Large open plan living kitchen area, ideal for socialising. WIFI, NOW TV (sky entertainment & cinema - option of sky sports at £10 p/wk), BT TV & BT Sport provided free via TV app, Sonos music player. Retro SNES mini games console. Separate sunroom. South facing paved garden. Parking for two cars. There is a secure shed big enough for bikes and golf clubs. A home from home and an ideal base for a north coast golf or family holiday.

The house is situated in a neighbourhood that has a mix of holiday homes and residential property. It is quiet. The street is a cul de sac, so the kids can easily play in safety. The house is an excellent base to explore the North coast. Excellent golf courses, good cycling, excellent beaches, Barrys amusements and Game of Thrones set venues are within a short drive of the home

How do damage deposits work?
