Description from owner


Very spacious 3 floor, 2 storey apartment right in the heart of Portrush. It is a perfect location for families as close to Barrys amusements and a few minutes walk to beaches at the front and back of the property. It is also a very cosy home for couples and is in close proximity to all the fabulous restaurants around the harbour. It has views over Portrush harbour that extend to Donegal.

Note: Currently being renovated and updated as at December 2017. We are adding some more luxury features and polished wooded floors. The house will be modernized from the existing pictures. New pics will go up when completed.

We try to add a little luxury to your stay. On arrival you will find fresh towels, a bottle of Bubbly and some chocolates.

You will also find fresh milk in the fridge, some of our famous Irish breads and ingredients for a good old Ulster Fry.

We have now included a high chair and some toddler play equipment to keep your children occupied whilst indoors.

Just added is a new King Size very easy to use Sofa Bed in the living room. Bedding is provided for this bed and is very comfortable for adults or children.

There is a travel cot provided.

There is also a DVD player with lots of family entertainment movies to watch.

Lydia is awesome she goes above and beyond for her guests, we have stayed in this apartment twice and its been fantastic! Perfect location, within walking distance of pubs, restaurants, shops and attractions. We will definitely be back!!

This accomodation was centrally located and in an ideal location for visiting other areas. A few problems parking during peak times, but otherwise not a major issue. It was clean, comfortable, and Lydia had thought of everything you could possibly need and had provided it. Felt really welcome, so thank you for the use of your home, we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time, apartment ideally situated close to bars and restaurants. Lydia has the property kitted out with everything you could possibly need including a welcome pack of food and a bottle of bubbly. Absolutely fantastic. We will definitely be back!!

This place is great for a group or family. Central location. The place was super clean and had everything a traveler could ask for. The food and the bubbly was a great touch. Would highly recommend.

“Very good central location”

We were in Portrush for a wedding and this house suited our every need. It is close to all attractions and amenities. There is car parking outside and various locations close by. Lydia has loads of personal touches inside to suit everyone. Kids have toys , adults have bubbly, loads of food for a fry up, all the little things that you normally have to go out and buy ie tea coffee, sugar milk,bread etc. It's like being at your Mammys . We'll do it again ,I'm certain, thanks Lydia.
