5 Bedroom Detached Holiday Home in Portrush

This beautiful 5 bedroom detached property is located on an elevated site with parking for several cars in the driveway. The property is just a 10 minute walk to the centre of Portrush which is a small seaside resort offering a number of restaurants, cafes, shops and bars. In addition, there is a supermarket, garage, off-licence and take away outlets close to the property. The house is close to the beach, amusements, train station and bus stops are located on this main road. This spacious house has two receptions, five bedrooms and three bathrooms. All bed linen is provided. There are lawned gardens to the front and rear of the property with a patio area for relaxing and having barbecues.

Great for breaks and somewhere to get together for family occasions and celebrations.

House is available from 1st November 2018.

All bed linen is provided and a cot is available. Towels can be provided on request.

Prices will vary depending on length of stay and time of year.

Damage deposit required and usage for electricity charged.

Renting this rather impressive large house to facilitate wedding guests.Nice garden out back for the grandchild and barbacue equipment in the shed.Everything was in perfect order and would definitely return and recommend.

The house was very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect, with shop and supermarket right on the doorstep. I would recommend this to any large family or group. The owner is lovely and easy to contact.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
