This recently refurbished modern and very well equipped ground floor apartment on the door-step of West Strand Beach, beautiful scenery, tourist attractions, golf courses, excellent restaurants and bars is ideally located for your relaxing break.

This beautiful accommodation which sleeps up to 7 guests, includes a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area.

There are 3 bedrooms, one with en-suite. 2 bedrooms have double beds and 1 bedroom has a triple sleeper bunk bed. Family bathroom with separate shower cubicle.

Located on the ground floor this apartment is easily accessible from your private car parking space. The grassy area at the front of the apartment is for communal use and can be used by children for playing etc.

Spacious living area has leather sofas. Kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, crockery and all cooking utensils.

Tea, coffee, sugar, linen, towels and tea-towels are provided.

“Celebration break.”

We stayed in Gary & Alison's lovely apartment as part of my Mums 70th birthday celebrations. There were 7 of us staying and the room with the bunk beds was perfect for my 3 children. We all had our own space and the apartment was cosy, very clean and had everything we needed. The situation is perfect if you like walks and is very close to the town for coffee shops and restaurants. A super apartment in a great location. Thank you for helping mum have a great birthday celebration weekend.

“Almost Sea View Large Apartment”

Large ground floor spacious apartment, with enough room for 7 girls with lots of gear. It’s open planned living space, which is great for a group, apartment is modern clean and tidy and everything you need. Only a few steps away from the beach and 10mins walk to town along the promenade. Only downside, check out is at 11 just to be aware (owner did say if there is no one checking in that day, that you can stay longer, but even 12 would be more appropriate). Everything else was great and would stay again. Lots to do in the area, some nice bars and restaurants in town to keep you entertained.

“Clean and modern apartment within walking distance of portrush”

Excellent apartment with extremely clean facilities. Towels, blankets and extra pillows available. dishwasher and washing machine available too. Gas heating. Beach just a short distance away. This apartment is the cleanest place we've ever stayed in, thank you to Betty the housekeeper for doing a fantastic job.
