A delightful modern Penthouse Duplex Aparttment centrally located in Portrush. Outstanding panoramic views from living room and adjoining balcony over Royal Portrush Golf Course and the Sand Dunes of East Strand beach . The spacious apartment can easily accommodate 9 guests with 4 double bedrooms. We have recently renovated the apartment adding a fourth bedroom. It is furnished to a high standard and fully equipped to meet the needs of discerning guests. Convenient to beach, golf courses, restaurants, transport links and town centre. Open plan living, kitchen and dining area, the apartment also boasts two large bathrooms, both fitted with modern sanitary ware (including bath downstairs) and showers. Ample car parking on site with easy access to town and public transport. Spar shop and Petrol Station 2 minute walk. Member of family close by should you encounter any problems. Property has been certified by NI Tourist Board. Portrush is Northen Ireland's premier coastal resort. It is a vibrant, bustling seaside town with a host of famous attractions and things to do and see both in the town and the surrounding area, The property is a golfers paradise with the world famous Royal Portrush and Rathmore Championship links courses adjacent to the apartment. Several other championship courses on the North Coast are close by , including Portstewart, Castlerock and Bushfoot. The Giants Causeway is just 10 mins drive away, passing Dunluce Castle and the worlds oldest Distllery in Bushmills enroute. Within the town itself, Barry Amusements and award winning restaurants such as Ramore Wine Bar and a host of other cafes, pubs and restaurants to cater for every budget and taste - all within walking distance of apartment. There are several blue flag beaches in the area, with stunning views across to the Donegal headland to the west and views of White Rocks, Dunluce Castle and Giants Causeway to the East. Portstewart resort and Strand Beach is only 5 minutes drive and the North West 200 motorcycle circuit is minutes from the apartment. The market town of Coleraine is only 10 minutes drive and provides an excellent range of shops. The 2013 UK City of Culture Derry/Londonderry is 35 miles away and is easily accessible by train from Portrush on one on the most scenic rail journeys in the Europe. Northern Ireland's capital city Belfast is only an hours drive away and can also be accessed by train from Portrush. Explore the beautiful scenery via excellent cycles paths around the North Coast area or why not take a leisurely stroll on one of the many scenic walks.

“Amazing Stay”

Myself and a group of friends stayed in the apartment at the end of summer and had a brilliant time! So much to do and so much to see, the only thing we missed was the good weather! The apartment is located in a great spot, right on the golf course and a minutes walk from the beach. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks again Maggie! -Ben

A very well equipped and clean apartment. Lovely to enjoy view over the golf course! It was important to have free car parking available for 2 cars! A lift would have been a bonus as difficult for folk to carry everything up 3 flight of stairs.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay here, there was everything you could possibly imagine, games, books, DVDs for the kids even a wii!!! The apartment was absolutely beautiful and was spotless!! The pictures don't even do it justice!! The bedrooms were gorgeous and so comfortable!! The view of the golf club was great my dad spent most of his time on the balcony watching people playing!! Plenty of info on where to go, where to eat etc!! We didn't want to come home!! The kids loved it!! Will definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone!!! The owners are so so lovely!!!

We rented the property with young children. Being so close to the beach and town centre made the long weekend just ideal. The property is really well furnished and has every home comfort - the kids were hoping for rain so they could stay indoors! The owners were very flexible and I would definitely recommend this property.

Had a wonderful Valentines weekend stay at this apartment with my husband and another couple. The owners were extremely welcoming and informed us of all the local delights – including a recommendation to go to ‘Jakeman and Pye’ restaurant which was one of the highlights of our weekend. The penthouse apartment (it felt more like a house it was so big) was very clean with modern furnishings and fully equipped with all that we required. The views from the apartment across the Royal Portrush Golf course was breathtaking and my husband literally walked onto the first tee at the Valley course, followed by excellent hospitality in the Rathmore clubhouse afterwards. It was also a short stroll to the East Strand beach and town centre. In fact it was difficult getting out of bed in the mornings as the view from the bedroom towards the East Strand dunes was amazing! Will definitely be booking this again in the summer for a longer stay in the North Coast.
