This spacious, luxurious modern house will provide you with all the comfort and facilities you need for a wonderful holiday on the magnificent North Coast of Northern Ireland. Set in its own garden in a quiet cul de sac the house comprises three reception rooms (including a south facing conservatory) and four bedrooms (one downstairs with en suite) with ample off road parking for up to four cars together with a fully enclosed back garden providing privacy and safety for children, family or pet dog.

Free Wi-Fi, flat screen television, DVD player and music centre will cater for the needs of the whole family while you are indoors and the 2 minute drive to glorious sandy beaches and a host of other leisure facilities and entertainments are just on your door step. Relax both indoors and out, in this family friendly, large and comfortable house set amidst the beauty of open seascapes and glorious countryside.

“Short weekend stay”

Booked this house for a weekend for 7 of us for a family wedding. Great communication from Dorothy and John, very kindly facilitated our late arrival. Very clean and spacious house. Everything you need for a short and a longer stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Many thanks to Dorothy and John who provided us with a perfect venue for our weekend break in Portrush. Everything was perfect; spotlessly clean and welcoming. The photos do not do the house justice. It is s short drive into Portrush town and only 10 minutes from Coleraine. Could not have been better!

This is a fantastic place to stay!! Myself and my family have just spent the weekend at La Mouette and we have had a brilliant time. The house is very clean, warm and inviting and we are very sad not to be staying here for longer! After looking at numerous properties to stay in at the north coast we finally decided on this one but we weren't sure what to expect. When we arrived we couldn't be more delighed and it far exeeded our expectations. Our party consisted of a new born baby, four young people, two middle aged adults, an OAP and a dog and it suited everyone. Finding a property that will accept pets is not easy but this house as everything you would need for a furry friend! We will be back!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Dorothy and John (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
