This modern town house has plenty of living space with a living room on the ground floor and another one on the first floor both with superb sea views. A new modern kitchen has just been installed together with a new wet room on the ground floor ideal when coming in from the beach which is just across the road. Wifi is available throughout the house.
Ideal location in this popular seaside resort. It is only a short walk to the town centre and many award winning restaurants including Ramore Wine Bar, The Harbour Bar and 55 Degrees North all offering fantastic value meals for the whole family. Very beautiful coast line with stunning scenery, good beaches and places of interest such as The Giant's Causeway, Dunluce Castle and Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge are within easy driving from Portrush. The famous Busmills Distillery is only 15 minutes drive away.
The property overlooks the picturesque Portrush Harbour and also the Blue Flag Beach known as the West Strand which is patrolled by life guards in the summer season and offers safe swimming and many other water sports.

“Great hosts and great location”
We have been staying with Ken and Patricia for about 20 years and have always found them very fair and friendly hosts. This house is our favourite, the view from the sitting room and bedroom is spectacular, uninterrupted views of the sea and harbour and it’s situated a few yards from great restaurants. It’s also great to have a reserved parking space as it’s difficult to find parking at busy times. We hope to have many more years staying at one of their holiday homes.

“St Patricks Break”
Second year of staying here. House is so child friendly + great for families! You could just sit in upstairs lounge + gaze at the sea view all day long! House has everything you need for a comfortable home-from-home stay! Ken is a great host + nearby for any queries! Cant wait to get back!!

Very enjoyable stay in Kerr St- house fabulous + very child friendly. Extremely well equipped + nicely decorated. Views from lounge + bedroom just beautiful over the harbour + sea. Handy for all local amenities. Hosts kept in touch to ensure all was ok + gave us extra checkout time! Highly recommended property.

If you going to visit portrush and are looking for the family home feel with alot of close activities not only for kids but also adults then this is the place for you. Waking up to the lovely views and wonderful people I didnt want to leave. The owner was also very kind and met any requirments we asked. I will be booking next year again. Thank you.

House is perfect and 200m from West Strand beach. Ideal for the grandchildren. Plenty to do even when it is wet.

Great house.modern.clean with fantastic views across the harbour. Restaurants bars shops and train station all in walking distance. Will be coming back. Highly recommended

“34 Kerr street”
We stayed here for 2 nights and I highly recommend this accomadation. It was in a great location of portrush and the views of the harbour are stunning. The accomadation itself was very clean, had everything you needed and very modern. There wasn't anything I could fault about this accomadation. The location is also great for visiting nearby attractions such as giants causway and there are some great restaurants 5 min walking distance. The beach is also on the doorstep with the local funfair Barry's and ammusments a 5 min walk which was great for the children.I would come and stay here again. Thank you!

“Simply the Best”
Stayed here with my son and his wife for the air show and the location is amazing as is the view.House was exceptionally clean and cosy.None of us wanted to go home.Ken the owner is very helpful and text me to see if everything was alright.would certainly recommend this house to anyone and will return myself at some stage.

“Glorious Views and Friendly Host”
We chose this property because of it's location and were not disappointed. It is just a few minutes walk both from the beach and the town centre of Portrush and boasts the best views from both the upstairs lounge and the master bedroom. The house is on three storeys, was tastefully decorated and very clean. Kitchen, laundry facilities and dining area on the ground floor. There is a spacious bathroom with a shower on the first floor as well as a comfortable lounge with TV and a single bedroom. The master bedroom and bunkbed room are on the top floor. The owner met with us on our arrival to hand over the keys and give some information about the heating etc and the best places to eat which did not let us down. Even though we were there in a very cold March, the house was always lovely and warm and we found everything we needed. Parking outside the front door was not a problem as it was quiet but the owner also has private car parking towards the rear of the property. Couldn't have asked for more and would definitely recommend the simply for the location and views.
Very nice and clean house, just on front of the sea!! close to shops and pubs!! which i most liked was the view, for sure i will be back soon!! worth the money.. Thank you Ken and Patricia, all the best!! highly recommended!!!!
