Description

Sky+ including Sky Sports, Sky Movies and Sky Children's programmes are included in the price. Contemporary in its styling and décor, the accommodation is available all year round for holiday and corporate lettings. This superb semi-detached residence is set within a quiet cul-de-sac less than a five minute walk from the West Strand beach; a beach which continues to receive the European Blue Flag for quality. It is ideally situated, close to Royal Portrush Golf Club, acclaimed wine bars, restaurants and the famous Barry's Amusements.

Reservations will not be accepted from either stag/hen, clubbers or party groups.

Accommodation is suitable for six adults and two children. It comprises of a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, fully equipped with Jacuzzi sanitary ware. A further double bedroom is situated on the ground floor, providing sleeping accommodation for those perfect babysitters – grandparents! There is a wet room on the ground floor, ideal for showering after a day on the beach. There are a further two bedrooms, one with adult –sized bunk beds and the other with twin beds.

Fairmount Coast Lodge also offers spectacular panoramic sea views from its upper level viewing lounge complete with bathroom and kitchen facilities. There is a sunny enclosed garden with patio furniture and a gas barbeque for seasonal outside dining. French doors give access to this private paved area. There is private off road parking for two cars and a secure garage for storing golf clubs, diving gear and surf boards.

“Absolutely stunning contemporary property, in immaculate condition with all the mode cons. The Best we have stayed in!!”

This is a perfect property with all the mod cons you require on holiday and more besides!! I have to say that the attention to detail from the owner was more than we expected, especially the welcome pack we received upon arrival which consisted of delicious homemake scones with real butter, a variety of tray bakes, fresh milk, cereals for the kids and to top it all a lovely chilled bottle of rosie wine, perfect!! The only downfall for us is that we picked the worst week of the summer which did put a bit of a dampner on our stay, but I would have to say that I would highly recommend this property.

Two families stayed in the house in July and thought it was absolutely fantastic. We spent every evening in the room at the top of the house. The furnishings and attention to detail are excellent and the house was spotless. Joanne, the owner, is so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this house to anyone - go on, treat yourself!

We stayed at Fairmount Coast Lodge for a week on the 6 July 2012. We were a large party, myself, husband, two young boys, my mum, dad, my brother, my sister-in-law and my niece. The attention to detail in the house was second to none. . The living room and bedrooms were all very comfortable. There was loads of room for a large group. The house has all you need. However, the best part of the house is the room at the top of the house. There was enough space for us all we could even see the sea from the balcony . We spent most nights up . We loved it. When we arrived Joanne was there to greet us with a welcome pack, which included scones, cream cake, Jam it was a lovely little touch and very much appreciated. The house is located around a ten minute walk into Portrush town with its amusements, restaurtants and beaches. I would definitely recommend this house to people with young children who would like to take some of their extended family on holiday with them. Plenty of room for all. We have booked to go back in 2013

How do damage deposits work?
