Sky+ including Sky Movies, Sky Sports and Sky Children's programmes are included in the price. This exemplary property is located in a peaceful area, yet is close to many activities, Royal Portrush Golf Club, restaurants and attractions. It may be booked for short breaks or longer holidays and we will feel sure you will become regular visitors. An attractive detached property, guests of the cottage will enjoy the privacy of the secluded garden, which is ideal for barbeques or for wiling away those long, balmy summer evenings.

The house has been furnished to the very highest standard and provides all home comforts for your luxury break including a jacuzzi bath in the master ensuite.

A mere five minute walk from the European Blue Flag West Strand beach, you will understand why Portrush has long been a favourite with families, walkers, golfers and watersports' enthusiasts. The Cottage makes an ideal base for guests visiting the North Coast, which is rich in culture and heritage and offers something for everyone.

Reservations will not be accepted from either stag/hen, clubbers or party groups.

Our prices are all inclusive and reflect the high standard of our accommodation. We provide clean fresh bed linen and towels. Electricity and heating are included in the tariff. You will find many of the basics you require for your holiday already in the kitchen, such as washing up liquid, dishwasher powder, salt, pepper etc and it is our pleasure to have tea, coffee, sugar, milk and freshly baked bread to welcome you to the cottage after your journey and before you unpack! Just let us know if there is anything else you need and we will endeavour to arrange it for you.

Sleeping eight, Fairmount Coast Cottage represents the very best in 5 star self-catering holiday 'cottage' accommodation. The sleeping accommodation is provided by four double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms of the highest specification. The master ensuite is equipped with a large Jacuzzi bath and a separate shower. The bedrooms are stylishly furnished and have very comfortable beds made up with fresh, crisply ironed Irish linen. Wireless Broadband access and Sky+ television are standard in most rooms.

Enjoy panoramic views of West Strand Bay, the harbour, the surrounding town and countryside from the upstairs viewing terrace at Fairmount Coast Cottage. With ample parking for two cars, a secure garage for stowing bikes and sporting equipment; an outside heated shower and drying area and a fitted utility room to deal with sandy bodies and wetsuits, we hope you will agree we have tried to think of everything you will need and hope you choose to holiday with us.

“Definately 5 Stars all the way!”

What a fabulous house. We were 4 couples so each had their own bedroom and on-suite facilities. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Amazing rooftop seating area and the garden was excellent with a gas barbecue, 5 star covered seating and eating area. Kitchen was large and had absolutely everything we needed. The owner met us personally on arrival and gave us some good tips for eating & shopping etc.. Best tip was to go to Toms Butchers in Portstewart if we were going to BBQ and it certainly didn't dissapoint. All in all a great 5 start experience, in fact we didn't want to leave after the week was over. Would definitely go back for seconds!

Visited Portrush with extended family and loved the accomodation. Everything was as we expected; clean and very nice. Great location with easy accessibility to local sites. Will stay at the Fairmount Coast Cottage on our next trip to Northern Ireland.

We loved this cottage! We are definitely coming back. The cottage is beautiful and very comfortable, it really felt like home from home. I cannot fault it! The location is very central and ideal for children if you fancy a day out on the beach, down to Bushmills or the rope bridge walk. Well worth the money! We had a fabulous break!

We had a wonderful stay in the cottage. The house is beautifully appointed and spacious, perfect for our large group of eight. The house is decorated and furnished to a very high standard. We especially loved the breeze house in the garden and the large jacuzzi bath in the master ensuite! Joanne a has thought of everything, there is nothing we could have asked for to improve our stay!
