Description

Erin Lea cottage is a modern luxurious house situated in a quiet cul-de-sac less than one mile from the lovely seaside town of Portrush. The house is very well presented and equipped with a fully enclosed rear garden complete with furnished patio and gas BBQ. There are two supermarket facilities, petrol station, off license and several hot food outlets within 500 yards. Accommodation is for 8 people (maximum of 6 adults). Electricity and oil central heating are included, and also all bed linen and towels. There is private off street parking for 3 cars. Sorry but we do not allow pets and the accommodation is strictly NO smoking.

Ground Floor: Fully furnished lounge with wood burning stove, TV, DVD and CD player; family / play room also with TV and board games; master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite shower room; children's bedroom with bunk beds; family bathroom with bath and separate shower; large fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and dining area with French doors to patio; utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

First Floor: Large spacious bedroom with king size bed; another bedroom with two single beds; bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin.

“The perfect holiday house - a home from home”

This chalet bungalow is ideal for visiting many of the stunning locations and restaurants of Portrush. It is luxuriously furnished to a very high standard and spotlessly clean. Tina and Dave next door were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I can honestly say that this accommodation is extremely good value for money and can comfortably house up to eight people. Although there were only two of us, our grandchildren came to stay from nearby and a bonus was the separate small lounge/tv room and wi-fi for them. Three bath/shower rooms is a definite bonus for a quick getaway of a morning! For us, smoke-free and pet-free was a big factor in choosing Erin Lea. Wish we had found it last year! Downside - which is no fault of the owners - the very unimaginative naming of the warren of roads on the estate makes it initially hard to find although a map is provided by the owners. Otherwise, it is perfect and all other comments are endorsed. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future. Thank you

This is an excellent base for Giant's Causeway, Dunluce Castle, Carrick a Rede, Dark Hedges and the many lovely beaches. Spacious accommodation with more than enough room for the 4 kids & 3 adults in our party. Has everything u could need. Hope we can come back again soon we had a fabulous time.

A beautiful cottage, well kept and modern, in an ideal area. Close to town centre and beaches.we had a great week and would highly recommend Erin Lea to any of our friends contemplating a visit to Ireland.

How do damage deposits work?
