Description

Accommodation is set over 2 floors and comprises: lounge with feature fireplace, dining room with table and 6 dining chairs, fully equipped kitchen, separate utility room downstairs and 3 bedrooms (1 x double, 1 x twin, 1 x single), bathroom with bath and separate electric shower upstairs. There is an enclosed garden to the rear and small garden area to the front. There is a garage which can be available for guests use upon request - ideal for storing bikes, water sports equipment or golf clubs.

Portrush offers a great base from which to explore this stunning coast. With two beautiful beaches, championship golf course, award winning restaurants and lots more, you'll not be short of things to do - and that's without leaving the town! Plus, the top N.Ireland tourist attractions of The Giant's Causeway and Old Bushmills Distillery, to name but a few, are within 15 - 20 minutes drive.

Booking Terms

25% deposit is required to secure the dates with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Where a booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival then full payment will be required at the time of booking. We accept most forms of payment including bank transfer; all major credit cards and UK issued debit cards. Credit card payments incur a 3% surcharge - debit cards are processed free of charge. Rental is inclusive of linen and towels, as well as utilities (gas and electricity). Fair usage policy applies. All breakages are chargeable. Click Book Stay has the right to charge a fully refundable security deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Once a booking deposit has been paid and the booking confirmed in writing, the Tenant is liable for the whole amount of the rent for the period booked.

Any cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by us.

If notice of cancellation is given more than 8 weeks before your arrival date, 25% of the total tariff is non-refundable

If notice of cancellation is given with less than 8 weeks of your arrival date, the full amount is payable.

Holiday / Cancellation Insurance. Once booked, the Tenant is liable for the complete Property rental costs. As such, it is strongly recommended that the Tenant take out suitable holiday/cancellation insurance to cover costs incurred by unexpected holiday cancellation. Booking Protect, which is a cancellation policy, is offered as an option at the time of booking via the Click Book Stay website. Booking Protect is an independent company and in no way related to Click Book Stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
