The property boasts stunning views overlooking Ballyreagh golf course & the Sea. The property is located within 0.5 miles of a blue flag beach, 1 mile to Portrush Harbour & 1.8 miles of the Royal Portrush Golf club.(25/30 min scenic walk) 2 Restaurants are also within 2 minute walk.

Onsite parking available. Shed available for storage of golf clubs
