The house is equipped with a main bathroom, 2 further en-suites and a ground floor WC. a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and utility room and a fully enclosed patio area with seating. Sights and scenes from the marvellous province of Ulster are on display throughout our home.

Each bedroom is named after a local village or town land, complete with Smart HD TV with DVD player . In addition there are wide screen, flat screen smart HD TVs in the living room and kitchen.

The house has a fantastic location - within 15mins walking distance of two Blue Flag beaches, 20 mins walk to world famous Royal Portrush championship golf course, 20mins walk to Portrush town centre with multiple bars, restaurants and amenities.

Appealing to families, golfers, surfers and groups of friends alike, The Grange offers the ideal location to host your getaway on the Atlantic coastline.

Portrush (from the Irish ‘Port Rois’- meaning promontory port) is situated on the beautiful and scenic North Antrim coast. A host of tourist attractions such as the Giants Causeway, Rathlin Island, Carrick-a-rede Rope Bridge and the Bushmills Distillery are nearby. Blue flag beaches and a variety of dining options.

This red brick, 3 storey holiday home extends to over 2200 sq ft; and displays pictures, canvases and collages of local Northern Ireland sights and scenes. An DVD collection is available for guests to use during their stay. Elephants are a decorative theme in the property, as symbol of good luck, fortune and protection. Each well provisioned bedroom has its own theme and high quality bed linen and towels are provided. Each bedroom is named after a local townland or area.

Spacious bright living room with wooden effect ceramic tiled flooring and luxurious dark brown jacquard seating. Large flat screen HD TV, with a gas fire and ambient lighting.


Fully fitted and equipped kitchen featuring a large dining table for seating up to 14. Large american style fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser and extensive cupboard space. Wall mounted smart HD TV/DVD player.

Garden Area

The dining area opens through patio doors onto a fully enclosed garden area, with ample seating and tables with a BBQ for alfresco cooking.

King Bedroom - ‘Rathlin’

Striking red, black and grey checked bedding with sumptuous grey fabric sleigh bed. Complete with en-suite shower room in designer grey tiling.. Smart HD TV with DVD player. Feature canvas of the Tall Ships in Belfast 2015.

King Bedroom – ‘Bushmills’

In blue and grey checked tones with matching feature canvas of the West Strand Beach Portrush. Stylish grey frame bed Extensive storage, bedside tables and ambient lighting. Wall mounted smart HD TV with DVD player

King Bedroom – ‘Whitepark’

In tones of gold, silver and grey with views over the green. Black leather sleigh bed.bucket. Ample storage. Complete with combi smart TV & DVD player. Feature canvas of the the Harland & Wolff crane 'Goliath' Belfast.

Double Bedroom – ‘Dunseverick’

In tones of aubergine and grey with stylish white oak furniture.Wall mounted smart HD TV/DVD player. Feature canvas of 'Belfast Nightlife' from Commercial Court Belfast, outside the renowned Belfast pub - The Duke of York.

Triple Room – ‘Mussenden’

Black, and grey bedroom with yellow tones drawing out the striking yellow of the feature canvases depicting the Harland & Wolff cranes in Belfast.. 3 single beds make up this triple room with stylish black frame beds. The beds can be configured as a single and a superking on request. Drawer and wardrobe space. Combi smart HD TV/DVD player.

Triple Room – ‘Carrick-a Rede'’

Silver and mauve features in this triple room with 3 single white framed beds. The beds can be configured as a single and a superking on request. Ample drawer and wardrobe space with combi TV/DVD player.

Main Bathroom - With bath, shower cubicle, basin & WC. In dark grey and white. Sumptuous 600gsm high quality dark grey towels are provided. One bath sheet and 1 hand towel per guest.

Our family have just returned from a wonderful weekend at No 2 The Grove. The house is very spacious with ample room for our 8 adults,6 children and a toddler. Our accomodation was very modern and clean and exceptionally well equipped. The property is very centrally located with lots to do in the area.

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jo (the owner) a message.

If Jo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
