Description

Forth an Nance is a beautiful location with the front door opening out directly onto Portreath Harbour. It is 2 minutes walk from the beach and park and 5 minutes walk from fantastic woods - plenty of exploring to do! The beach has something for everyone, surfing, kayaking, paddling, rock-pools. Coastal and woodland walks with stunning views and so many stunning places to visit nearby e.g. St. Ives, Falmouth, a huge variety of beaches, the Eden Project, the Minack theatre.

A 3 bedroom house with generous living space, comfortably furnished in the coastal village of Portreath. The kitchen diner is fully equipped and can easily seat 6 people. The lounge has a stunning view over the harbour where you can enjoy watching the fishing boats and kayaks. The conservatory/playroom has a play kitchen and a sofa. This opens out to a sheltered, courtyard garden perfect for barbecues. Outside at the front, there is a large bench which is a lovely spot for breakfast whilst watching the tide

Upstairs there is a family bathroom with bath and electric shower. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and the same great view over the harbour and out to sea. The twin bedroom is very light and has a view over the hill and you can just see the sea. The bunk room has bunk beds for 2 children and again has a view over the harbour.

As a family home, it is perfect for children and a great location to explore a fabulous area of Cornwall.
