A Villa Duplex (F5-6) spacious air-conditioned 150 m2 with heated and secured swimming pool for 8-10 people, facing south.
- Spacious fully equipped kitchen (fridge / freezer, dishwasher, full-service table and 4 ring hob, oven, bread machine, etc ...)
- Large living room of 55 m² overlooking the swimming pool with panoramic views of the sea and the maquis, satellite TV corner, flat screen, and DvD HiFi, WiFi connection
- 4 bedrooms with three double beds in 160 and wardrobes and two single beds in 90 and storage(possibility to add 2 extra beds in 90)
- Shaded terraces with loungers and Weber electric barbecue
- 2 bathrooms, 2 shower rooms, 5 toilets
- Laundry room with washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board
- Private parking (2 cars)

“Can’t recommend this villa highly enough!”

We just came back from a LOVELY week with our friends at the Villa U Sognu. Comfortable, stylish, and fully equipped with a great view from the terraces. It’s only 30m from the airport and 5 m from the ferry. The owners have taken a lot of care, and we loved the pool and garden. There were useful personal touches such as guide books on the shelves for those who haven't taken a laptop with them to make use of the wireless internet (we used smartphones connected to the internet). It was absolutely immaculate and beautifully decorated - it certainly exceeded all of our expectations. The location was absolutely brilliant and we would not hesitate in booking again. Can’t recommend this villa highly enough !
