This amazing apartment, for 6 guests and with shared pool, is located in Cala D'Or at only 350 meters from Cala Egos beach.

Are you ready to spend such memorable vacation just steps away from the beach without losing the chance to take advantage of a fantastic complex with both shared pool and garden? Every day you can have breakfast or make delicious barbecues at the terrace, before or after sunbathing on the 6 sun loungers and swimming in the chlorine pool, 15 x 8 m and 1.2 to 1.8 m depth. The littlest one can also have fun in the adjacent children’s pool, 4 x 2 m and 0.4 m depth, and in the enormous lawn garden.

The house features a spacious and beautiful living-dining room with TV-SAT and air conditioning that invites anybody to relax. Immediately, you have access to the kitchen which is equipped with ceramic hob and everything you may need to cook. Likewise, there is also the laundry room provided with washing machine, iron and ironing board. In terms of rest, there are three bedrooms boasting a wardrobe as well as air conditioning, one of them having a double bed while the rest offer two single beds. One of these last two, also has an en-suite bathtub bathroom but, however, there is a second shower bathroom that services the entire accommodation. You can have a cot, a high chair apart from two radiators at your disposal.

The complex is located in Cala D’Or, a wonderful coastal urbanisation and at only 350 meters from the paradisiacal Cala Egos cove. The area is perfect to enjoy the coast and the endless bars, restaurants, etc. Moreover, for those who like the entertainment, Vall D’Or golf course is situated at about 10 km.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
