“Blissful cottage by the sea with a tranquil terrace”

Reviewed 5 May 2013

Comfortable bedrooms in a country cottage with chic, modern architectural touches and up-to-date bathrooms and a divine garden and terrace overlooking vineyards. A jasmine vine filled the whole house with its intoxicating scent. Hosts are friendly and go out of their way to make you comfortable. You can walk to the beach and have it all to yourself in April. The wildflowers are spectacular and there is a bicycle/hiking trail to Menfi, a charming small town with an excellent cafe on the main piazza with perhaps the best gelato in Sicily.
