Villa Jessica is a deluxe 3 bedroom villa, fully air-conditioned with a heated pool.

This villa is situated in the popular area of Porto do Mos on a new resort. This deluxe villa has been decorated to a high standard, the living area has plenty of seating for all the family with an IPTV system, with BBC and ITV channels and a DVD player, there is a dining area to the side of the living room with patio doors that lead out to the pool side terrace with outside dining furniture.

The modern kitchen has been well equipped with all modern utensils including dishwasher and washing machine, there is also a breakfast island in the centre of the room with an integrated electric hob and a couple of stools for seating in the kitchen. There is a patio door leading to the side of the villa with a BBQ for al fresco dining. There are 3 large bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed , the second and third bedrooms both have twin divan beds, all the bedrooms on this level have balconies with fantastic sea views.

The outside of the villa has a lovely pool area with a private heated pool (9m x 5m) pool heating is at an extra cost, there's a patio surrounding the pool with plenty of sun loungers for all the family, and a BBQ for some al fresco dining.

The villa is situated in the area of Porto do Mos the expansive golden sandy beach of Porto do Mos is about a 5 minute walk away with a couple of really good restaurants, a few minutes in the car and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping and markets. From the beach there is a bus service that will take you the centre of Lagos or just to the local supermarket for about 50 cents per person each way, this is a handy option for people who don't wish to drive. Palmares, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Courses are a 10 to 20 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive.

Nearest shop: For all your essentials, Intermarche is 30 minute walk/8 minute drive. There are smaller stores closer by, SuperEureka is great for every day neccessities and is a 20 minute walk.

Nearest restaurant: Lovely and serving great Portuguese food, Antonios is welcoming and open all year round catering for families and groups of all sizes. It is situated on the picturesque Praia do Porto do Mos 5 minutes along a man made track.

Nearest beach: As before Praia da Porto do Mos, great for surfing.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
