Unwind in this attractive two bedroom apartment set in a deluxe private development situated in a quiet area of Lagos. Conveniently located just a 5 minute walk from a large sandy beach with its own bar/restaurants. Enjoy the spacious gardens complete with a large eye-catching pool with separate whirlpool. Take in the delightful gardens filled with oleander, bougainvillea and hibiscus plants or just listen to bird song whilst resting in the shade of one of the mature palm trees.Or just relax on the main balcony overlooking the pool and gardens with views to the ocean and the red and yellow cliffs near Ponte de Piedade. Wake up in the master bedroom to the stunning view of the gardens and the sea and coastline cliffs. All this can be taken in from the comfort of the large and comfortable king-sized bed. The separate beds in the second bedroom, affords views across unspoilt natural countryside.All your holiday items can be unpacked in the huge built-in wardrobes. The shower room and bathroom are clean, stylish and both well-appointed including a large bath.The living area comprises a large dining table and two comfortable leather sofas. There is also an LCD TV and DVD player (no Satellite TV available) and a selection of books and playing cards. Leading off the lounge is a large balcony with table and chairs where you can enjoy dining outdoors or just take in the view of the coastline. The modern kitchen is fully equipped.Our apartment is great for up to 4 adults, though for bigger families with a baby, we can accommodate 4 + 1 baby and can offer a travel cot and high chair on request. On your arrival, we know you'll appreciate being greeted by our friendly manager, who'll be able to answer any of your immediate questions. For longer holidays, Manuela will communicate with you to arrange an agreeable time for a mid-stay clean and sheet change.We have also compiled and left a comprehensive holiday guide to everything you'll need to know about the apartment, your stay and the local area.And to keep the apartment clean and fresh for all our guests, we do insist on no smoking in the apartment and no pets. Linen and towels are included (apart from baby cot linen) and cleaning is carried out once a week. There is ample parking just metres away from the entry door.We have 4 sturdy sunbeds for guests' use around the pool area, each with their own bed cushions.The nearest beach is Porto de Mos beach which is about 400m away. It is regarded as one of the best beaches on the algarve, with pretty cliffs and two bar/restaurants of good reputation and value.In accordance with Portuguese law, we are pleased to inform you that our secure apartment has been granted its AL Touristic Licence. This important licence gives you the confidence that our apartment has achieved the necessary standards in respect of ownership and services safety.With over 300 days of sun a year, our peaceful apartment is the place for your perfect family holiday, your romantic escape or your golfing base. Getting around

Most people hire a car at Faro airport, but you can take a taxi or minibus (sharing with other holiday makers), there is also a bus and train service which goes into Lagos. Once in Lagos, getting around is quite easy, either by car, taxi or foot.

Interaction with guest

On arrival our manager, Manuela, will be there to meet you to hand over the keys and answer any questions you may have. She is at the end of a telephone if you need to contact her and will arrange a convenient time with you to do a weekly linen change.

“Great location”

This was a great apartment in a great location. The local beach is picturesque and the restaurants in the area are very reasonably priced and good quality. The apartment was clean and had all the features needed and the pool area was relatively big. Great weather as always, though the sea was quite cool this year.

We arrived at our apartment early afternoon and was greeted by Manuela the manager on site she was so friendly and spoke fantastic English and answered all our question's! The apartment was immaculately clean and massive!! The kitchen had everything we needed the two bedrooms where lovely with big wardrobes in them our bedroom over looked the pool and in the distance we could see the sea two!! (Beautiful) We had a lovely balcony and we had our breakfast out there every morning! We had our own sunbeds which was great as we like the beach so when we came back we knew we had beds to lay on while our daughter played in the pool! The pool was cold but once you got in it was lovely!! The beach was about a 10 minute walk down a hill it was beautiful I fell in love with it but the sea is freezing!!!!!!! It was quite busy but we walked a bit further and found lovely places to lap up the sun!! The area only has two restaurants down at the beach and you should book as they where really busy we preferred Antonio's the staff where so friendly, we had fish cataplana which is a fish soup and was delicious!! Oh and the sangria is good two!! There was a bus stop at the beach that took us into lagos old town it cost about 3.60 euros for the 3 of us which was great then we got a taxi back for about 7euros, the old town was really nice and the marina was great two!! The only thing that we should of done on this holiday was rent a car the supermarket was a good 30 minute walk away which was a bit of a nightmare when we first arrived! But if we had a car it would of been a lot easier! Or even a local shop. Which was our fault for not renting a car!!! Apart from that we had lovely holiday and we absolutely loved the apartment!! Not sure who left the beers outside our door but thank you very much!!!! X

How do damage deposits work?
