From the manager

Villa Nore is a deluxe 4 bedroom villa, fully air-conditioned with a heated pool. This villa is situated in the popular area of Porto do Mos on a new resort. Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.

From the entrance you enter into a hall way which leads into the living area, there is a lounge with seating for all the family, satellite TV, DVD player, there are patio doors from the lounge area out to the pool and gardens, this area is open plan and leads onto the dining room which has seating for up to 8 people and from here you have the open plan kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and all the usual modern utensils.

There is a downstairs shower room off from the entrance hall also. Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom, the second and third bedroom upstairs both have twin beds, all the bedrooms on this level have balconies some with a glimpse of the sea. The 4th bedroom is an additional room on the ground floor with twin beds and use of the downstairs shower room; this bedroom has been added to the villa and has no outside access with windows or patio doors.

All the upstairs bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with a bath and over head shower or a shower cubicle, the downstairs bedroom has use of the shower room on this level in the hall.

The outside of the villa has a lovely pool area with a kidney shaped heated private pool, there is patio surrounding the pool with plenty of sun loungers for all the family, and a small lawned area around the side of the villa. There is a built in BBQ and outside dining furniture.

Regarding your feedback about the 4th bedroom, we do state on our website that this room does not have windows or air con, however, we do supply a fan. We do also recommend a car for anyone staying in this area as it is a very quiet residential area, with individual self contained villas. Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
