Es una casa ubicada a 50 mts de la Playa y de las Piscinas Naturales en pleno centro de Porto de Galinhas construida en 2016 - todo es nuevo.

La MEJOR UBICACIÓN en Porto de Galinhas, se puede ir caminando a todas partes.

La casa tiene 6 departamentos individuales, compuestos cada uno de 1 dormitorio y un salón con comedor, baño completo y cocina completa con electrodomésticos: heladera, sandwichera, cafetera, licuadora y vajilla de cocina completos para cocinar y comer.

Un aparato de aire acondicionado split en cada ambiente (total 2).

Ropas de cama y tohallas inclusas en la tarifa (cambio semanal).

NO disponibilizamos tohallas para la playa.

NO se realiza servicio de limpieza del departamento,si ud desea ese servicio se le cobrara 50 reales,por cada limpieza.

Somos FLATS,o sea:usted reserva departamentos amoblados con cocina,electrodomésticos y vajilla completa.

Cada departamento tiene su caja de seguridad con cerradura electrónica.

Las áreas externas son: barbacoa/parrilla con una pileta para lavar los utensillos, piscina con 2 jacuzzis y con cascada, abierta de las 9 a las 22 hs, a la noche se ilumina, área para tomar sol, pequeños jardines ZEN para contemplar y un azrham para meditar, tomar te, leer, conversar, etc .

    El Fiat q alquile era p 6 personas, pero cuando llegue me dijeron q la reserva era p 4 personas y me cobraron una persona adicional. No está claro en la oferta

    El flat tiene capacidad máxima para 6 personas. El huésped en el momento de reservar coloca la cantidad de personas que se hospedarán (Ud. colocó 4)y en función de esa cantidad la plataforma muestra el valor del alquiler. Si Ud reservó para 4 y pagó por 4, nada mas lógico que se le cobre el adicional por cada persona que exceda su reserva.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Casa Feng-shui (the owner) a message.

    If Casa Feng-shui (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
