A small chapel dedicated to St John Nepumeceno, once restored, was blessed on December 12, 1995 by the Bishop of Funchal.

This house is dated 1692, however, the chapel was built later in 1777.

Very exposed to the sun, this home is well situated. It was fully restored in the early 1990s, as it was in complete ruin, and equipped with antiques in every room. It has kept the original design, as well as the floors of their own time.

It has 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom, a living room, dining room, kitchen (with traditional bread oven, etc.). The kitchen is complete and can be enjoyed at any time by our guests.

The small village of Porto da Cruz is 3 km away from the property. This town has beach, pool, church, pharmacy, health center, civic center, restaurants on the seafront, cafes, supermarket, etc.. The parish is rich in traditions and its people are hospitable. Here is cultivated diverse agriculture, especially the famous American wine.

The city of Machico is 10 minutes away, the airport is 15 minutes, and the city of Funchal and 30 minutes.
