A beautiful warm-stone archway leads into the magnificent living room with comfy sofas, Satellite TV / DVD/ iPod docking station. Three French doors open into the terraces and gardens. A wooden door leads into the kitchen with central granite worktop with twin-sink, electric oven, electric hob and dishwasher. The side door opens into the covered patio and sunset terrace.
From the kitchen there is access to a seperate lounge dining room practical and functional with a 10 seater solid oak table hand-made in an old stable and an exposed stone wall and vaulted ceiling.
BEDROOM ONE is a double room ( bed size 1,50 x 2m ) with a shower room with Romanesque tiles en-suite.

UPSTAIRS:
From the hall a marble staircase lead to the galleried landing with French doors opening to the balcony with distant sea views and a further doorway opens to the upper terrace with countryside views.
BEDROOM TWO is the imposing Master Suite ( bed size 1,80 x 2 m ) with natural stonewall and fitted wardrobes there is an open ensuite bath/shower room and direct access to a private sun terrace with distant sea-view and a wonderful view towards the Santueri′s castle.
BEDROOM THREE is an attractive twin bedroom ( bed size 0,90 x 2 m ) with a writing desk and fitted wardrobes. The en-suite bath/shower room has pastel blue tiles.
BEDROOM FOUR is a double room ( bed size 1,50 x 2m ) with an en-suite shower and French doorways opening to the balcony with pool and far reaching sea views.

SURROUNDINGS :
A magnificent infinity swimming pool with Roman steps and mozaic tiles has a wood decking and separate jacuzzi/childs pool 0.50 depth. Surrounding the pool are good sized lawns, floodlit grounds, comfortably furnished sun terraces with modern reclining sun loungers. To one side of the pool is a 20.00m terrace with Roman style columns - ideal for afternoon siestas and shaded relaxation.
Overlooking the swimming pool is the BBQ casita with brick BBQ and covered dining area with frige and washing maschine. This is a truly beautiful unspoilt location with far reaching views across verdant countryside towards the sea and pine clad mountains. Across the lane are a vineyard, Almond and Olive groves speckled with fields of spring flowers.
