The Interior has been obtained with rustic charm and modern konfortabel elements.

A large living / dining area with hatch to the equally spacious kitchen includes a wide part of the of the ground floor. Large glass doors open to a covered outdoor terrace.

The handmade wooden kitchen has a fully equipped modern facility.

A wine bar with a range of Mallorcan wines await you in the kitchen.

A bedroom and a bathroom complete the ground floor.

There are 2 further bedrooms with magnificent views to the mountain landscape sharing a second bathroom upstairs.

Other facilities include air conditioning, sat-TV with free NETFLIX ACCESS , DVD, HIFI, WIFI-internet free access

An own 200m access road accompanies you to the house with garage.

The Villa is surrounded by a large lawn with palms. The large swimming pool with stone built steps is the focal point of the garden.

Enjoy cosy barbecue evenings under the covered terrace (60 m2)

TEAK furniture, barbecue and a sofa set are included under the exterior terrace, also an outdoor shower and complet garden-WC.

Finca "Es Sequer" offers you a relaxing holiday in a rural environment between the villages of Felanitx and Porto Colom, in a 45km distance of Palma airport.

Felanitx is a village with all the necessary infrastructure: medical centers, police, firemen, shopping centers and restaurants.

Felanitx offers Sunday morning a large market with a wide range of Cafés and shopping options of fresh island products.

Porto Colom is a charming fishing village just 10 km from Felanitx. There are a wide variety of delicious restaurants and cafés along the Harbour with fantastic views.

Several quiet sandy beaches are located nearby. The Caribbean similar dunes beach "Es Trenc" is in a 25min distance.

The "Marina Cala D´Or" with many modern boutiques and restaurants is in a 15min distance.

The "Vall D´Or" Golf Club is in the immediate vicinity of the Finca.

The Monastery of San Salvador with its spectacular vantage point at 650 metres of height can be seen directly from the garden of the finca.

The "Drach" caves are a must for any visitor to mallorca

How do damage deposits work?
