The house is located on plot with aprox. 22.000 Sq. m next to the golf course Vall Dor and has an incomparable panoramic view of the port of Porto Colom and the East Coast. Enjoy a peaceful Majorcan countryside idyll of the local country life without being offside from happening. The house with aprox. 135 Sq. m has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, sun terraces, pool, garden and playground.

In just 8 minutes you are in the center of Porto Colom where you get a lot of restaurants, bars, shops and food. Porto Colom is the largest natural harbor of Mallorca and has remained largely untouched by mass tourism. Culinary Porto Colom offers a wide range of venues. Whether pizza, tapas, snacks or haute cuisine, there is something for everyone. There a one pharmacy located in the towns of Porto Colom and and an other in Shorta just 2 kilometeres from the house. For shopping and plenty of nightlife Cala Dor has a big offer and also a lot of shops and bars.

The house is cozy and totally comfortable. The incredible view of Porto Colom and the east coast is the highlight of this house.
