Elegant villa with private swimming pool and magnificent sea views near Porto Cervo on the Costa Smeralda.

Set on 14 acres of rural coastline with an impressive panorama of sea, islands and mountains, our property offers you an exclusive peaceful location to enjoy day and night away from the crowds but within moments of all excellent beaches, restaurants and key locations of Porto Cervo, Cala Di Volpe and San Pantaleo.

The villa has three double bedrooms and three bathrooms sleeping maximum six adults. A travel cot and two foldaway single beds are also available for two extra children if needed.

The villa has Wi-Fi, Sky-TV, Bose Sound System and Air/Conditioning.

Weekly fees include linen and bath towels, pool towels, pool cleaning, a one off final cleaning charge and electricity charges. Daily Housekeeping or interim housekeeping can be arranged at an additional cost.

Around our private gated grounds there are exceptional spaces with unique vistas on all sides of the villa that offer privacy for you to relax and take in the sea views of the Maddalena archipelago and bay of Cannigione.

This is a hillside haven perfect for those seeking a quiet place to retreat in style, have fun and explore the exquisite Smeralda coastline, charming nearby villages, Gallura cuisine and glamorous lively marinas.

Why can't I call Matt (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Matt (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
