Located in Vila Nova de Gaia, CP 4400004, a few meters from the Metro (station D. João II), distant only four stops from the Wine Cellars of Gaia and the famous Luis I Bridge. On the other side of the bridge is located known region of Ribeira in the historic center of the city of Porto. Newly renovated apartment that can comfortably host up to 4 people. Close to supermarket, bakery, laundry, snack bar, snack bar and commerce in general. Equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove with two burners, extractor, electric oven, coffee maker, sandwich maker and other utensils necessary for the preparation of fast meals. Full bathroom with towels and hair dryer. Living room equipped with LED flat screen cable TV (98 channels), Wi-Fi connection for free internet access. During the winter period (January / March) guests are offered electric heaters. Bedroom with double bed measuring 1.40 x 2.00 mts. Living room with double sofa bed measuring 1,50 x 2,27 mts. NOTE: THE CHECK-IN DATE WILL BE CHARGED TO THE GUESTS THE CURRENT TOURISM FEE.

Piso acojedor y equipado, bien situado, con unas vistas espectaculares y un dueño encantador y atento. Super recomendable de alquilar y pasar unos dias.

Why can't I call Raul (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Raul (the owner) a message.

If Raul (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
