2 Bedrooms Duplex Apartment, enterely renovated in a classified historical building, with very high standing, located in the heart of the historical city of Oporto, with unforgettable views on the Dom Luis Bridge, Douro River from one side, and Palacio da Bolsa, Sao Francisco Church and Infante Dom Henrique Square from the other side.

This apartment is located on the last and 5th floor of a building with an elevator. This building is known as Baron Forrester has spent some time leaving there.

Joseph James Forrester devoted a part of his life in a laborious survey of the River Douro, with a view of improvement of its navigation and a separte map of the port Wine districts, reprinted in England in 1852 by order of a select committee of the House of Commons. He was created Baron de Forrester for life in 1855 by the crown of Portugal, made knight commander of the orders of Christ and Isabella la Catolica, and received the cross of chevalier of various orders of his adopted country.

This Duplex is a real unique diamond in the historical center, with 2 Suites with 2 balconies, one in front of the Infante Dom Henrique Square and the other in front of the Dom Luis Bridge.

This apartment is completely equipped, you will spend fantastic and unforgettable vacations and you will be part of the History of Oporto. Come to visit Oporto and spend nice time in our apartment!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Marc (the owner) a message.

If Marc (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
