Space The LightHouse is located by the beach, in the best areas of Porto: Foz do Douro. This apartment has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with private bathroom. It features a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, oven with grill, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster) and a comfortable living room with plasma TV with satellite. You can enjoy a private terrace where you can enjoy a meal al fresco or sunbathing and enjoy to relax - even within the city. Other conditions available: Air conditioning; Heating; Flat-screen TV; Satellite TV; Free WiFi; Towels and bed linen 100% cotton. The magnificent beaches of Foz, distinguished Blue Flag, are just 1 minute walk. At about 50 meters there are several bars along the river and the sea. Guests can walk along the promenade or cycling. The green areas of the City Park are a 5-minute drive from this apartment. The Museum of Contemporary Art of Serralves, Casa da Musica, and Boavista are about 10 minutes away by car / bus. The historic center of Porto, the "Low", is 20 minutes by car / bus. ----- lighthouse located near the beach is in one of the best Neighborhoods of Port: Mouth of the Douro. Why can't I call LightHouse (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If LightHouse (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
