Description

Charming House Antas is a noble house, built in 1947. It was recently renovated, retaining all its original features. It has all the stonework natural granite stone. Charming Antas House has large areas, both public and private decorated with a noble and classic style. The rooms are spacious and welcoming in its decor nothing was left to chance, from the furniture to a whole set of details for the Guest can feel comfortable, and can take a trip in time. The bathrooms are decorated with hand-painted tiles and elegance. They are equipped with hairdryer and toiletries. In the Suites there is a possibility to put a cot for children up to 4 years at no extra charge. Children up to 12 years will be charged € 20 per night for extra beds. Adults will be charged € 30 per night for extra beds. Charming Antas House offers a large hall to be able to relax, watch TV and play Snooker. It is equipped with bar, coffee and coffee pods, tea and tea, refrigerator, microwave (no extra cost). This property is surrounded by a large patio and a beautiful garden. If weather conditions allow, meals can be served outside, a large stone table in the garden so you can feel nature. At the main entrance there is a porch for smokers. Free parking on the property Antas Charming House is situated in one of the areas of the city, surrounded by gardens and green boulevards, quiet (police station to 40m) and conducive to long walks or hikes. Along the famous Velasquez Square, a lively spot for pastries and typical cafes (Café Velásquez, one of the most known the city since 1969), restaurants, supermarket, banks and taxi rank. A 100m radius still find Pharmacy (open daily until 22h), the store of the citizen and the church across the street. The 600m, the Dragao Stadium, the Dolce Vita Shopping Centre, the Tennis Club Aventine Hill, connecting outputs to motorways and 2 Metro stations (Dragon and Combatants) with connection to downtown and the airport. Public transport 50m.
