The apartment is bright, comfortable and very quiet. It is fully equipped for four people and decorated funcional.Todos form compartments are separated with total privacy of the bedroom with double bed. The bathroom with tub / shower has a towel dryer, hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo. The room is equipped with dining table, TV / DVD and sofa bed. The room space allows good conditions to work with an internet connection and the possibility of HP inkjet printer. The bedroom with large double bed has fitted wardrobes with hangers and drawers with plenty of storage. The kitchen has induction oven, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, toaster, juicer and grill plate. The laundry machine has washing, drying, ironing board and iron. All rooms have large doors with double glazed and give access to a balcony with long views of the neighborhood and surrounding streets. The building is modern and safe and two lifts. There is a parking space for a car in the private parking inside the

The apartment is located next to several bus lines. The nearest metro station (Carolina Michaelis) is a 10-15 minute walk. These allow transport to quickly reach the city center, airport, beaches and the mouth of the Douro river. The exit to the VCI - Carvalhido / Amial is a 2-minute drive which allows quick access to main roads and motorways.
