Turn of the Century updated Victorian home in prime location of Northwest Portland. It has 3 bedrooms (plus 4th sleeping area) and 2 full bathrooms. The upstairs includes a spacious master bedroom suite, bathroom with new claw foot tub plus tile shower, large closet, washer/dryer and French doors that lead onto its own balcony. The main floor has two bedrooms, gourmet kitchen, living room with original pocket doors and sleeper sofa to create a “fourth” private sleeping area, formal dining room and full bathroom with hardwood floors throughout the entire house. The oversize kitchen features high end appliances, large granite island and French doors that lead onto a wonderful deck with outdoor furniture. The house has been recently remodeled including an updated kitchen and vintage bathrooms, new furnace, new plumbing -- comforts of the new and charm of the old! There is a driveway and garage for parking but a car is not necessary in this urban neighborhood!

This home is located in a prime location just a 5 minute walk to popular NW 23rd avenue near Thurman with tons of boutiques, home design shops both local and well-known stores, antiques, hiking trails (just blocks from Forest Park), parks, galleries, fabulous restaurants whether for happy hour or fine dining, European bakeries, local micro brews and pubs, coffee shops... just about everything for an enjoyable visit to Portland. It is very close to the street car for quick access to the Pearl District, Willamette River and Downtown also is within walking distance if you are a good walker! The house is located on a quiet dead end street with lots of street parking plus a path at end of street for direct access to Thurman where the coffee shops, French bakeries and boutiques begin. Just a block away is a convenient health conscious urban grocery store for everyday necessities and stocked with local fresh produce. Close to public transit… makes this a great place to stay whether for work or fun!
