A lovely ground floor apartment just 200 yards from the beautiful blue flag beach at Porthtowan.

The apartment sleeps up to 4 (two bedrooms).

A delightful south facing terrace perfect for outdoor eating with views to the beach/sea and a built in BBQ provide the perfect relaxation spot.

Reserved parking is available immediately outside the entrance to the apartment - very useful for Cornwall.

Porthtowan is a quiet village situated on the Cornish Coastal path within a UNESCO world heritage area designated as having outstanding natural beauty. The village is in a central location providing easy access to all that Cornwall has to offer. You will love the spectacular sunsets and wonderful walks along the beach and Cornish coastal path.

Whether you are looking for the perfect traditional Cornish coastal holiday for your family, an active holiday sightseeing, surfing or walking, or a romantic getaway Porthtowan provides the perfect location. Fast Internet is available within the property.

Further Details Indoor: The apartment consists of: A hallway leading to two bedrooms - a double bedroom with wardrobe/storage, and a small but cosy bunk room which we recommend for children or small teenagers. A travel cot is available for guests travelling with young children. A bathroom comprising of a bath with electric shower over, washbasin, WC and heated towel radiator. A smart modern kitchen which was installed in February 2022. The kitchen includes a Microwave, full size Electric cooker, induction hob, washing machine, and integrated fridge/freezer. The Kitchen is fully equipped with an excellent range of crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils, and has views to the sea. A smart open plan lounge /dining area with leather corner settee, TV/DVD, I pod dock and patio doors opening onto the sunny terrace. In addition there is also an extendable dining table. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. Heating is via electric heaters in each room.

A private secure sunny patio, for sole use with built in brick barbecue plus table and seating. The patio also has views to the beach and sea. Access to the property is via the rear where there is a courtyard/patio area with shared laundry drying facilities and a private parking space for the apartment. There is also a potential additional car parking space should guests travel in more than 1 car.

How do damage deposits work?
