GROUP DESCRIPTION

- 14th century Cornish stone and slate miller's cottage converted into two attractive cottages

- Standing in 16 acres of private woodland and pasture, they each have terraced areas with garden furniture

- Nestling beside the River Luckey as it tumbles down to join the sea at Portholland 2 miles away

- Parking available on the shared gravel driveway

- Front door opens directly into split-level ground floor

- Neatly fitted kitchenette with a ceramic two ring hob, combination microwave and a small oak dining suite.

- One step leads up to the seating area with woodburner

- French Windows open onto a sheltered rear terrace
