“Rich living at the plushest Bank in town!”

Reviewed 4 Jan 2017

Visited over New Year for 3 nights; me,wife (celebrating birthday on New Year's Day too!), & our 20 & 22 y.o children. For fear of repeating what many others have already rightly said, it's comfortable, well-equipped, clean, modern, good location etc...."ditto" the many other positive attributes from previous reviews! If I return to St Ives I will not be looking elsewhere for alternative accommodation, I'll go for this one again without hesitation.

“Lovely apartment”

Reviewed 4 Dec 2016

Everything about this apartment is excellent. All the rooms are spacious, especially the living room and kitchen and these have nice big windows to look out of and watch the world go by. The whole apartment is very clean and extremely modern. The apartment was well equipped with the essentials such as tea, coffee so you did not need to go shopping as soon as you arrived. This was very welcoming. I did notice on another review about the en-suite being colder than the other rooms. Ok this is the case, but it did not bother me or my wife. To be honest when we got up in the mornings and went into the en-suite it made you feel refreshed. The owner is very easy to contact if needs be and you do not need to ask any questions ,because she lets you know about everything before going on your trip. Also there is black folder full information in the apartment. She even left us a bottle of champagne in the fridge for us, because it was our honeymoon, a lovely touch. The location is very good with a stones throw to a number of shops, pubs and restaurants. Lots of stunning places to see in walking distance. i.e. the 5 beaches that St. Ives have been blessed with. All sandy beaches and the sea is crystal clear. We parked our car in the Island car park instead of the recommended Baroon hill car park, reason being every morning we could walk along the harbour and watch the sun rise and see if we could see the seals and porpoises. (And we did) Just a brisk 5 min walk to the car park.

“Great modern apartment in ideal town location”

Reviewed 5 Jan 2014

We loved this modern apartment right in the town centre with every amenity on had and just a short stroll to the sea front. No parking on site but there are local car parks around the town which we did not find a problem with

Thank you for you review, I am glad you enjoyed your stay and look forward to seeing you again.
