Michaelmas Cottage is an ideal family house, offering stunning coastal views across St Ives bay from most rooms. Situated near Porthminster beach, just behind the Malakoff, it is only 200m from the many shops and restaurants, the harbour and numerous beaches. It has been furnished in a clean, contemporary style, with an emphasis on comfort.

It has four bedrooms (two double, one twin, one bunk) two of which have en-suite bathrooms, a family bathroom, a large living room/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The dining area has seating for 8. There is WiFi throughout the house and in the cellar you will find additional living space ideal for children and teenagers; equipped with 2 kids sofabeds, a large TV and lots of kids books and board games.

Importantly for central St. Ives, the cottage also has driveway parking for two cars. Outside there is an enclosed courtyard area, washing line, table and chairs. All linen and towels are provided and there is a cot, high chair, and stair gate to accommodate small children.
