For Narrow Gauge Steam Train enthusiasts the World-Famous Ffestiniog Railway station is literally over the road!

Custom House occupies the 1st and 2nd floors of this lovely house, optimising the wonderful sea views.

Porthmadog town centre with its great choice of Shops, cafes, restaurants etc. Are literally on you doorstep.

A coastal footpath begins around the headland towards Criccieth passing a choice of sandy coves to relax by and also a golf course.

Excellent wading bird wet land and cycle track just outside the door.

Snowdon and other lofty peaks of the Snowdonia National Park are only 10 mls inland to tour around or to conquer.

Many famous attractions including Portmeirion village, Harlech castle and Black Rock Sands beach are all within a few miles.
