A prime waterfront house, adjoining the coastal path on the Loe Bar side of Porthleven, this south-westerly facing property enjoys uninterrupted panoramic sea views over Mounts Bay and behind the house is a large granite, flood lit terrace, ideal for entertaining, BBQs and sun-bathing. There is an acre of garden including a large flat croquet lawn and a separate chalet style games room overlooking the sea with pool table and darts.

The flexible accommodation is arranged over two levels, with an adjoining single storey annex. There is a king bedroom with en-suite bathroom with disabled facilities on the ground floor plus a further bathroom. The first floor has a king bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Both rooms enjoy sea views. On the ground floor is a well equipped kitchen and large dining area and upstairs is a comfortable family sitting room with an electric wood burner and a Juliet balcony overlooking the coastal path and sea beyond.

This is a perfect family holiday home that has been fitted out to a high standard. There are board games, books, Sky Sports/Movies and BT Sport for wet days and plenty of outside space, beautiful walks and local amenities to enjoy on fine days. There is also a utility room that makes an ideal place for pets.

There is no shortage of parking on the private gravelled driveway.

Situated a couple of miles from Helston, and close to the Lizard there are mile upon mile of beaches and rocky coves to explore in this part of Cornwall. Benefitting from a temperate climate, Cornwall has something to offer the visitor all year round whether it is snuggled up with a pint in front of a roaring fire or eating fish and chips, or a cornish pasty from the bag watching the boats come in and out of the harbour.

Porthleven

Porthleven is a bustling village with an historic port and beach. There are miles of coastal path to explore and plenty of opportunities to explore the West of Cornwall from this base. Why not visit, St. Ives, the Minack Theatre, Penzance, Falmouth and the Maritime Museum, Porthleven has a range of shops, galleries, pubs, restaurants and cafes. A regular bus service runs through the village enabling visitors to travel to Falmouth and Penzance with ease. Fishing trips, cycle hire, surfing and other outdoor pursuits are available close by.
