Description

If you know Porthleven and have visited in the last few years then you can't fail to have noticed this spectacular property being developed right on the sea defences above the beach. Grand design? Labour of love? Obsession? Impossible? it's a little of all of these from concept to creation involving demolition and excavation into one of the most famous sea walls in the country.

The end result is one of the most spectacular houses imaginable overlooking the beach with panoramic sea views from the Lizard across the whole of Mounts Bay to Mousehole and beyond. Next landfall to the West is Boston!

On the upper floor is simply a vast glass fronted living area with state of the art kitchen, dining area, sofas, relaxing chairs and woodburner. Several different doors lead out to the upper terrace house with glass panels and steps down to the lower terrace

The lower level has three king bedrooms with two luxury ensuites and a family bathroom as well as another
