Tygwella is a newly refurbished family house situated adjacent to the National Trust headland at the beautiful Porthcothan Bay .

The house is a 5 minute walk from the beach over the adjacent Headland making it an ideal house for family beach holidays. The South West coast path passes within 200 metres so it's also an excellent base for walkers exploring the picturesque north coast of Cornwall.

The stunning master bedroom has bifold doors out onto its own terrace with views to the west out over the Atlantic ocean, and to the south up the river valley

The sitting room also has Bifold doors out onto a large deck with sea and countryside views where memories will be made around the large table.The sitting room has built in ceiling speakers and a Sonos sound system.

On the patio below the deck there is a Jacuzzi 6 person hot tub, available to guest for an additional service fee

With five bedrooms and four bathrooms, the house will sleep up to ten in bedrooms, with an option to sleep 2 more on the sofa bed in the snug..

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with halogen hobs, 2 ovens, microwave, American Fridge freezer and dishwasher

Tygwella has a large garden and parking for 3 cars.

The house has oil fired central heating so makes an ideal base for winter breaks, including the popular Padstow Christmas festival,.

Porthcothan is situated 5 miles from Padstow, the beautiful fishing port home to many fantastic restaurants including Rick Steins seafood restaurant. Jamie Olivers 15 restaurant is 7 miles away at Watergate Bay. For the golfers, Trevose is only 3 miles away..

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
