Spacious home and garden, near blue flag beach & coastal path

The accommodation is split over 3 floors and comprises the following:

Ground floor: comfortable lounge with TV/DVD, dining room with table and seating for 8, fitted kitchen (some unit fronts are split) with table and seating for 4, tatty but useful utility room with washing machine and additional fridge. Please note there is no downstairs WC.

Mezzanine floor: family bathroom, with bath, electric shower over and WC, modern Shower room with twin basins, heated towel rail, and WC.

1st floor: 2 double bedrooms, one with an additional single bed to give parents the flexibility to have their 'little ones' share their room but have their own bed! Also a bunk room.

2nd floor: Low headroom stairs leading to:

Childrens 'snug' with sofa, DVD player.

Double bedroom.

Single bedroom (In eaves - suitable for pre teen).

Securely enclosed grassed garden with table and chairs for 6, accessed from the utility room. Brick built BBQ. Gate leading to the front of the house.

Ty Hapus is not 5* accommodation it is well lived in, comfortable and near the beach. Please note there is NO WiFi and NO towels are provided

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Richie (the owner) a message.

If Richie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
