HL Homes is pleased to offer a three bed semi detached house on New Road in Porthcawl for holiday and short term lets. The property was recently modernised with an excellent finish throughout.

With two reception rooms, a lounge and dining room, in addition to a well equipped kitchen and WC to the ground floor, the property has plenty of space to accommodate guests. The bay window in the lounge overlooks the front courtyard garden and the dining room has french doors leading out to the rear garden. The kitchen has integrated appliances which include a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and oven and hob with extractor hood. To the first floor are three good size bedrooms and the family bathroom, which is a new suite comprising of bath, with shower over, wall mounted hand basin and WC. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the third bedroom has a single bed with pull out futon.
