“Never again”

Reviewed 13 Nov 2016

This vacational let's bed room was so small you had to shuffle side wards to get into bed. It was a £1 in the meter for electricity, which you had to stand on a chair to reach. The walks across fields were not allowed as there were sheep in the field and the beach that was supposed to be 10 mins walk away was a laugh, unless you were Roger Banister.. we would never stay there again.

Thank you for booking Bwthyn Ty'n Cae with us, its a shame that you feel this way about this cottage. We have not had an issue with the size of the rooms in the past however the price we charge reflects the size of the cottage, any bigger, then we would have to increase the price we charge. We apologise about the location of the meter and if the visitors are not tall enough to reach, a foot step has been provided by the owner. At different times of the year it isn't possible to walk through the fields due to the animals but there are miles and miles of sand dunes and a variety of beaches where people can go to. As has been quoted on numerous times, it is a walkers dream holiday. Further to your feedback we have changed the way that the 10 minutes walk is displayed on our website as people do walk on different fitness levels and this should be taken into consideration. We do hope that this hasn't put you off booking with Best of Wales again and we hope to speak to you soon. Best wishes, Ffion Best of Wales Team.
